Meet the Vice-President (Operations and Finance)
Saher oversees the university’s administrative and ancillary services and ensures that all financial, physical systems and human resources are effectively utilized and contribute to the operational excellence of McMaster University.
Her portfolio includes over $5 billion in financial assets, 400 acres of land and over ten million square feet of building space. Through McMaster’s human resources services, the work and well-being of more than 11,000 staff and faculty members are supported.
From ensuring our university is financially sound and our buildings and grounds are beautiful, to providing health and wellness offerings to faculty and staff, technical help to our community, and so much more, our leaders and their teams help keep McMaster University running efficiently and effectively.
